The “750” mark is the official Italian stamp for 18K gold, meaning the piece contains 75% pure gold. Italian manufacturers traditionally use “750” instead of “18K.” You are invited to take your pieces to any jeweler, and they will confirm that they are 18K gold. We also tried to contact you several times — we called twice yesterday and left a voicemail, and again today, but the call went straight to voicemail. It’s disappointing that you believed the piece was not 18K and posted a review without reaching out to us first by phone or email.
