• Items must be returned with all original packaging (Amalia box, bag and notecard) and any complimentary items, such as holy water.
• Engraved, personalized, custom-made and special-order items cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Return shipping is the customer's responsibility; please ship insured and with tracking.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
• Exchanges include a one-time prepaid return label.
